CoLiving is a modern housing concept where individuals share a living space while maintaining private bedrooms. It’s designed to foster community, affordability, and convenience. In a CoLiving setup, residents typically share common areas like kitchens, bathrooms, and lounges, and may also enjoy shared services or amenities.

A Resident Member is more than just a tenant — they're an active part of the living environment. Think of them as someone who contributes to and benefits from both the physical space and the community experience.

An Investor Member is someone who financially supports or has ownership interest in the CoLiving community — but does not necessarily live there. Unlike Resident Members who experience the day-to-day lifestyle of the community, Investor Members are focused on its growth, profitability, and impact.

An Existing Landlord is the current owner or property holder of a building or property that may be converted into or partnered with a CoLiving community. They play a key role in making the physical space available for CoLiving operations — and can often become a strategic partner in the project.
Fully Furnished Spaces
CoLiving apartments are furnished with Wi-Fi, utilities, and furniture, making them ready for immediate occupancy.
Common amenities

“It Was a Blessing for Me”
Actually, my son found this. Okay. And um he said he said, "Pops, I found uh wait a minute. Look at these. They got rooms." He said that you can do half the rent that you pay in the motel cuz the motel is $2,000 a month. That was expensive, you know, and um this is a blessing to me because, you know, it's giving me opportunity to save. The surprise was to find a place like this. Most rooming houses that I know of coming out of Chicago are in the slums and they uh you know they're not the type of house that you really want to live in. You know, to find something of this quality, that's that's what really makes me happy with because um I'm in a good spot.

“ Finally Living Independent”
I'm from Mexico and before being here I
was in a foster care program and now I'm living by myself. I'm a full-time uh student and I like being here. I really like here because I think it's really clear and it's really quiet. And honestly, I like being living
by myself. So now I'm just planning to stay here until I finish my the college and then transfer to a university. Maybe I could
stay here just until I finish my career.

“Worry Free Living”
My name is Ray. I'm originally from the islands. Uh, born in Guam, but I've been out here for quite about 10 years, I want to say, now. Wow. Yeah. I guess with the current living situation, what I like about it is you don't have to worry about who's going to be doing their part and participating in paying uh what they're supposed to be paying. It's like everybody got their own chair. So, that's a stressfree right there. you don't have to be the responsible one in the house and having the option you know there's a lot of the rooms here they're pretty big too compared to uh where I was so I find this very very awesome for the time being it's actually perfect so I do find it fitting to my needs at the moment

Our homes are ideal for:
● Independent adults
● Individuals in life transitions
● Working professionals and essential workers
● Mid-income earners seeking affordable housing
● Residents value a clean, structured, and respectful living environment.
Yes. Every resident has a private bedroom. Common areas such as kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms may be shared depending on the home layout.
We screen all applicants through a background check, income verification, and an application process. Our goal is to create compatible households with respectful, responsible adults.
In most homes, utilities such as electricity, water, trash, and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rent. Details vary by property and will be clearly outlined before move-in.
We offer flexible leasing options, typically starting with a one-month minimum. After that, some homes allow weekly extensions or month-to-month arrangements.
Safety is a top priority. Homes are professionally managed, residents are screened, and house guidelines are clearly established to ensure a respectful and secure environment.
Unlike informal roommate arrangements, our homes are:
● Professionally managed
● Structured with clear house standards
● Designed to foster a positive community
● Maintained consistently
This creates stability and accountability for all residents.
We are not traditional senior housing, nor are we institutional workforce housing. We serve independent adults, transitional residents, and working professionals in a community-focused environment.
You can apply online through our website. Once submitted, our team will review your application, complete screening, and contact you with next steps. If approved, we will schedule a move-in date and provide all lease documentation.
